Is there an artist photo download service for your own player?

Last.fm

I need to make my player load the photo of the artist. Is there a service that allows you to do this legally?
Tried the following:

• last.fm - Used to work fine, now star image instead of artist photo
  
• Deezer - Sometimes gives a photo of the wrong artist
  
• iTunes API - Works perfectly, but the terms of use say that the service can only be used to advertise Apple content, it is forbidden to use it for entertainment purposes.
