Is there an app for iPhone? (and if not, then I give an idea)

If you look at the coverage maps made by cellular operators, then it’s a complete feast for the eyes, the signal is everywhere except perhaps completely bearish lairs. In practice, even in the capital of the United Kingdom, in many places the signal is frankly worthless. Probably, it is more profitable to invest in advertising than in infrastructure, but what can you take from them, they are everywhere equally nasty pragmatic opsos. I wonder if there is an iPhone app that monitors presence and signal strength throughout the day and then draws it on the map (because there is GPS) and recommends an operator according to my daily travel trajectory?
But if this application, with the consent of the owners, sends signal measurements to the server, so that there is a collective map available for everyone to view, then the vaapche will be great.
Is there such a thing?

Z.Y. And if not, I'll give you an idea. By the way, there shouldn’t be any problems with monetization, opposers like to pay for advertising, but here, on the island (I don’t know how in their homeland), they also pay for bringing a client, it’s enough to make a “buy tariff” button.

As far as I know, no such apps exist on iOS.
In general, the idea is interesting, but it seems to me that the opposers will find a loophole to close this application :(

“In practice, even in the capital of the United Kingdom, in many places the signal is frankly worthless. „
In the UK, this is a problem due to the large restrictions on the installation of cell towers.

Here the subway factor will still play a role. There will be a signal above the ground, but not everywhere underground. Moreover, the speed and so forth factors need to be taken into account.
