Is there any service that provides data on quotes from the Forex currency market, the bond market and company stocks?
Preferably in JSON. XML is fine too.

Forex - no, at least free ones. You will have to cycle something under MetaTrader.

For an arbitrary day - study the get queries on this page batstrading.com/market_data/shortsales
Unfortunately, this site is no longer accessible from Russia. Use foreign PROXY
If it's not a secret, why do you need this data?
