Is there an API for subway routes somewhere?

Interested primarily in Moscow. Building routes from one station to another. Taking into account transfers[, wagons that are closer to the crossings at transfer hubs]. Given several options for the path and information about the approximate time that will be spent on each. Approximately what Yandex.metro gives out , but preferably with normal station names and a response in xml or json.
And, if this is not the case, maybe at least there is a schema in a digestible form [preferably with the time spent on hauls] so that you can write logic on it yourself then.
