Is there an android emulator for windows with the following specifications (more in the table of contents)?

You need an android emulator for windows with a save function, that is, for example, when you entered new tasks in the task manager, exited the emulator, then entered again - the result of your previous actions in the application was saved.

And who prevents you from using SQLite for data storage? As far as I know, all emulators support it. My application writes data exactly to SQLite, and they are all saved the next time the application is launched.
