Is there an analogue of wicd (connection manager) for windows?

In the city, the provider distributes a wireless network from the home modems of its users.
To which you can connect by requesting a password via SMS.
All access points to this network have the same ssid.
In linux, through wicd, all these networks (about 10) are displayed in close proximity, when connected to half, I don’t understand why there is no access to the network, the second one is redirected to authorization (naturally, if not already authorized).
The problem is that under windows in the connection center only 1 point is displayed, when connected to which nothing happens. Perhaps there is a connection manager that can replace the standard one?

@Yastr

has a connection manager NetSetMan
he has a Wifi manager (never used it)
I use it only to change the IP address settings (static-DHCP) of my network cards, but it can help you

option to execute script on connection

to receive SMS and insert it where necessary.
I re-read the question and realized that I need to connect to a point with a specific MAC, if the provider is not confused to put the same everywhere - here they write that such functionality is present in Intel's wifi network cards.
