Is there an analogue of Team Viewer for Android with the ability to call remotely from the phone on which it is installed?

There is a need to leave an Android mobile phone with an operator's SIM card and enabled 3G \ 4G Internet in city A and have full remote access to it from city B. Full access means viewing incoming calls, SMS, messages in instant messengers and the ability to answer them. But the most important thing is that you need the ability to make a voice call from this phone, not just dial a number, but have a full conversation while in the city of B.
There are many programs for remote control, but I did not find the ability to make remote voice calls in them. Those who claim such a possibility mean that the phone and the control device are on the same network, and this is not quite what is needed.

Everything except calls, teamviewer's analogue is anydesk, the same combine but so far without an aggressive policy of transferring clients to a paid basis.
As far as I understand, access to the in-call audio stream is available only to privileged applications, which are usually installed on the system partition (i.e. part of the OS and not third-party software) either require root or are implemented differently by different manufacturers.
If you google the question, then how do current applications solve this problem, but they require non-trivial actions from the user or impose restrictions ... in general, this will not work beautifully.

Applications for Android with the described functionality, as far as I know, no, it is too difficult to implement, as mentioned above, without system privileges, normal work with sound, especially in new versions of the OS. But the two solutions can be combined. For everything except calls - AnyDesk on the phone, and for calls - the Multifon service from Megaphone. Yes, you will have to go to it with your number, but this will make it possible to set up receiving calls both on a phone with a SIM card - it is needed for SMS, and on an external IP-telephony client, which will allow you to call via SIP with the number of that SIM card.
You can also move the SIM card after setting up messengers in the phone to an external GSM gateway like YEASTAR TG100 and work with calls and sms through it, but this scheme is much more complicated - the gateway itself costs like a cheap smart, plus it needs the Internet and organization of connection from the outside such as DDNS / static IP, plus a phone with instant messengers needs to be connected to the Internet somehow, i.e. wifi or another SIM card, well, he loses the opportunity to use the number from the original SIM card (you can also raise a SIP client in it, but there are a lot of nuances about incoming calls, and SMS will definitely not work). In short, the Multiphone is better.
Colleagues, correct me if there are analogues / alternatives.
