Is there an analogue of relational databases with a convenient interface like Airtable / Notion, but offline or for your own server?

Interested in a tool for convenient work with relational databases. Good examples are the Airtable and Notion services, where you can create relationships between tables and expand each record like a card. However, for security reasons, an offline option is required, or a web service with the ability to install on your own server.

I was also interested in this issue and found the baserow opensource project - this is an analogue of airtable with the ability to deploy your server locally, using the PostgreSQL database. The server is written in python, the front is in Vue.
The project is still developing and is still free, but the basic functionality of the airtable table view has already been implemented. In general, I recommend.

About baserow wrote above.
There is also Nocodb .
When choosing which of them to jump from Airtable, I chose Nocodb.

In the end, I settled on the Seatable. Installed via docker. Not open source, but there is a free license for up to 3 users.
