And it would be better if it was written in C#. And just do I think that the word cloud is overblown here, it used to be called a content management system. I need a WEB interface so that there is a normal document editor. Probably it could be some kind of CMS.

ps off. There was a link on the site, but compatibility is only from 2008, but this is a web application and has nothing to do with the operation of the OS.
