Is there an alternative to Woocommerce on WordPress?

The question is rather philosophical, but is there an alternative to Woocommerce on WordPress?

The repository is huge for everything from button color replacement to builders like Elementor.

But hasn't a worthy alternative to WOO appeared during this time?

Do you mean like a plugin for building e-commerce inside WP? Woocommerce jumped above its head anyway, and remained a monopoly among plugins, which is surprising, considering what crutches used to write with it, when there was a more convenient Opencart. Doing something similar and trying to move it off the market is a meaningless thing. It is easier to finish an already working bike than to try to screw 2 wheels to the frame again only from a different angle.
Plus, I have not seen even more / less serious business with a turnover above 2-3 million that would have a store on woo. This is either bitrix\magento\opencart. Or self-made projects on symfony\laravel

Well, you follow the store tags, commerce tags in the repository and look.
There are light stores - but again, the author solved his problem and shared - and 99.9% of the probability that this will not suit the rest.
Well, wuka is a combine with too much inside. Also for very simple things it is not needed. That's why EDD, download monitor, wp-recall commerce addon appeared. They are suitable for some, not for others. But do not think that if you find an alternative, then magically it will suit you 100% - everything is the same as with wook, you will have to redesign something, refine something.
