Is there an alternative to beforeRouteLeave just for inertiajs?

Hello, is there any similar method for inertiaJs or laravel? I don't use vue-router. It is necessary before the user exits the page to show a modal with a message like: "Are you sure you want to leave this page? .." and if the user clicks "yes" to be transferred to another route, if not, then left on the current page.
