Is there an alternative to AdBlock for IE?

I just can't google a plug-in for Internet Explorer that would allow you to right-click on an image and say "don't show me images with a url that matches such and such a mask." All ad blockers for IE (including the built-in tracking protection) use their own external mask lists, and adding something of your own to these lists is extremely difficult.

Kaspersky Anti - Banner which is built into all Kaspersky antiviruses + databases downloaded from the Internet, but in general I also thought, why shouldn't I turn on IE too? Realistically, I’ll say that everything has come to the point that my first thoughts were right, you don’t need to turn on IE!
