Is there an adequate API for trading?

Please tell me a MICEX broker with a normal API - so that everything works on post / get requests (since I want to program in php, and not in C # and other complexities).
Does such a thing even exist?

I'll answer myself. There is nothing like it. We have to be content with lua scripts for the desktop quik.
Everyone is obsessed with something high-frequency))
No one thinks that a trader may need a simple API to upload all transactions or write their own simple scripts.
I hope this will pass and a normal broker with API will appear.

Post geth take too long to go back and forth and puff is not a very fast language to process.
