Is there an addon or software for blender that arranges the lighting in the scene according to the HDRI map?

What automated ways are there to match the lighting of a greenscreen object with the lighting of a 3D environment? We have an HDRI from a mirror ball, are there any tools that will allow you to quickly "convert" it to a lamp and lighting plane, automatically setting the brightness of the light and its hue?

Simply put, I'm looking for a quick way to match the light in the studio with the light in the 3D location.

Blender has the ability to simply put an HDRI map as the ambient light source. This is the most realistic way to light a scene.
How to do this, you can see, for example , here
