Is there already a VR platform for windows to work with?

Is there a virtual reality glasses that allows you to integrate it into the windows operating system and work with it fully. Create multiple desktops and switch between them simply by turning your head. And if there are none, then projects that are only at the testing stage are at the development stage. It would be much nicer to wear and not buy 3 4 monitors. Well, it seems to me that it would be much more convenient to develop in such glasses. Theoretically, this is already a fantasy, for example, it would be possible to make an interface from an Iron Man movie. It was just great!

Microsoft HoloLens Connect the mouse and keyboard there and go)
Although I think another year 2 to wait and then they will bring it to its full potential and it will be possible to use it in work

Yes, there is, for example Virtual Desktop , only there is little sense from them so far, because the resolution of vr-displays does not allow reading texts comfortably. Wait a couple more years.
