Is there a WordPress plugin to automatically load images when a link is provided?

I remember in Vbulletin there was such an opportunity that when adding an image to a post, namely specifying a link to an image on a third-party resource, it was automatically uploaded to the site server and displayed in the post already as its own. I want to find the same solution for WordPress. For example, for the convenience of working with RSS aggregators, but so far I have not found anything. Does anyone know if there is a plugin?
