Is there a webinar recording program?

Hello. There is such a resource for independent travelers where webinars (audio and video) are held. I have a habit of listening/watching videos at 2x speed so as not to waste time. The webinar is on schedule, I don’t want to plan my life for it. Therefore, I am looking for a program or resource that could write an audio / video webinar on a schedule.
Now I'm watching a webinar, it's on the YouTube window. They speak slowly, slowly, I want to record, and then listen to 3x (((

Not exactly a schedule, but it is possible to specify the time after which to start recording and the duration of the recording.
Free, but as far as I remember, at regular intervals inserts the phrase "Preview" or something like that into the sound. If that doesn't bother you, then it's an option.
