Is there a webcam emulator that completely mimics the connected hardware?

So that when installing in the "Control Panel \ Hardware and Sound \ Devices and Printers" new equipment is created.
I need to forward emulation to bluestacks.
With a real webcam, forwarding is easy, but with virtual ones (ManyCam and VCam_v6.3), bluestacks stupidly does not see.
A real webcam, unlike ManyCam and VCam_v6.3, creates separate equipment in the "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers". I think this may be the issue.
Where can I get an emulator that would also create new equipment?

Full! True, among the found ones you will see so much junk ... (or just programs for other tasks, but from the same area of \u200b\u200bworking with webcams) Therefore, I will help - for example, here are two "very similar" programs:
WebcamMax
Magic Camera
They also work with real cameras, and with virtual ones (which they create themselves). Of course, both are paid (but this is not a problem). The second of them works better (in any case, the result is more stable on many machines and users that I personally fingered).
