Is there a way to use multiple fonts for text randomly for each character?
I came up with the idea to print the text in handwritten font so that, for example, there are 3 spellings for each letter, using the installed fonts, in order to make the text look more realistic. It is impossible to write absolutely identical letters. Is there a way to implement this in, say, MS Word? It would also be nice to change the size of each character +/- 1 units.

In open type fonts, it is possible to create an alternative character style, some programs allow you to work with this, for example https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/photoshop/using/fonts.html

Write a macro. I won’t tell you the finished code, but you can do it
spravka.seodon.ru/css/unicode-range.php - if I understood you correctly.
Here is another example I found here https://fontstorage.com/en/blog/unicode-range/
