Is there a way to stream the game FROM PC TO CONSOLE?

I bought a slim "curling iron", sat indulging, but only one game is not there. But it is on the PC in the incentive. The problem is that dragging a metal coffin from place to place, simultaneously disconnecting and connecting all the wires, is not healthy. I know that there is a method of broadcasting a game from a console to a PC (although I don’t quite understand why). Is it possible to stream a PC to a set-top box?

For example, if the PC is not capable of playing games, or if you want to play something. which is not available on PC.
As a matter of fact, there is no such way.
But there is a way to broadcast the game from a PC to, for example, a TV - steam link
