Is there a way to speed up the loading of habr.com?

Lately habr.com has been loading very slowly on my desktop and phone. In the network tab of chrome, you can see that some light js and css files are loaded for a minute and a half. It's all loaded in 1.5 minutes. Am I doing something wrong, or did the site feel bad after entering the international market? Does anyone have similar experience?
