Is there a way to parse a string for bold characters?

There is a docx file with lines like:

aaa bbb ccc ddd
eee fff ggg hhh
ccc bbb qqq ddd yyy ttt

Those. what they have in common is that the first part of the line is plain text, the second part is bold text.
I need to put in the table in one column the usual part of the text, in the other column bold.
Is there actually some way to analyze text formatting in powershell? Or maybe you can organize this event in some other way?
