Is there a way to notify about a vk message, for example, in a telegram?

I don’t always keep the vk tab open, and sometimes important messages come in, the computer allows you to put anything, but I can’t find either a plugin for chrome or some program ... the best option would be for any message to be notified in telegram, and even better full forwarding. But even through IFTTT there is no such function.
Who can help with some advice?
