Is there a way to let the user change their password on login?

Let me explain what I have. I often put Windows on many computers, set the password to 123 or 1111 or some other simple one, I don’t want to turn it off because some people really need it and it’s easier to change it than turn it back on, but it happens that I either forget to say it myself or a person forgets / loses a leaflet and etc.

, I’m looking for some way so that a person does not go into the settings and change the password there, but entered without a password, let’s say, he has the “set a password” window yes / no, if not, then it will be without a password, and if so, then put which one do you like and enjoy life))

is there such an opportunity or do you need to invent a bicycle yourself?
