I often put Windows on many computers, set the password to 123 or 1111 or some other simple one, I don’t want to turn it off because some people really need it and it’s easier to change it than turn it back on, but it happens that I either forget to say it myself or a person forgets / loses a leaflet and etc.

Yes - in the profile settings, check "Request password change at first login"
