Very rarely I work with WordPress and taking a subscription for a month because of one template seems like a waste to me. Maybe there are some groups that sell templates? That is, you pay for the fact, and do not take a subscription.

Envato Elements is already a budget version of the "full-fledged" Envato. in a good way, authors should receive money from each purchase, and not crumbs from subscribing to this electronic buffet.

I rarely work with WordPress.

If even a template with Elements cobbled together by Hindu-Pakists is a waste for you, then quit "working" with WordPress altogether (it's not a job), or use free themes.
