Is there a way to find the method that loads the processor?

Recently, when testing my game (on the phone) in one of the rooms, it started to slow down terribly, as if some kind of array got stuck in a loop or prefabs began to be created endlessly, although there is no such thing in the methods, it just visually seemed so, it happened once and never happened again, although if it happened once, then it can happen again, which is why I still have no idea either.
How can you calculate which method loads the processor, or which array eats memory, etc.?
