Is there a way to cancel the animation when scrolling back?

Tell me, please - is it possible somehow in the wow.js plugin to set up the cancellation of the animation when scrolling the page back to the top? If not, what are similar plugins to make the animation end when scrolling back? There is a skrollr plugin, well, it's very tricky :) Thanks in advance!
