Is there a way to access profiles in other Analytics accounts through the Google analytics api v3?

There is an application registered through Google apis as a Service.
Communication with google api via JWT token. Enabled access to the Analytics API.
Is there a way to give an app access to all GA profiles in accounts other than my own?
