Is there a way in linux to open a terminal via a link?

I'm interested in the possibility of opening a terminal (gnome-terminal) for connecting via SSH using a link in the browser, for example, ssh://10.10.10.10/, in Windows this possibility, if I'm not mistaken, is implemented through the registry. How to do this in Linux, I did not find any options in the search engines.
