Is there a visual html editor script in the browser?

There are many online services with a visual landing page template editor. There are also plugins for Wordpress like Visual Composer. You can design website pages by dragging ready-made blocks and editing text with images in them. But I have not found a script or service anywhere with the ability to load my html template with css and js and edit it in the browser without editing the source code directly. Are there any?

Search for WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get).
How this could not be found is a mystery to me.

Joomla 3.4 is already able ("out of the box") to give the ability to place blocks via drag-n-drop.
