Is there a visual editor for svg animations?

I would like to visually edit the animation so as not to prescribe the coordinates of the points for each frame in the code.
Similar to the frame bar in Adobe After Effects.
Is there something like this in nature, or has human thought not yet reached such technologies?

Adobe Animate , not free, but should be a trial.

There is a reduced version of the library on the github so that the site loads less when adding animation created through the plugin
