Is it possible to unsubscribe from mailing emails in one way, or is it necessary to parse letters for the presence of any (Unsubscribe, Unsubscribe, Unsubscribe) with further processing?

Surprisingly, a letter with the heading List-Unsubscribe mail.ru immediately moves to spam.
And without it in the Inbox!
