Is there a universal link parser, like in facebook or vk?

Hello!
I needed to make a feature, like in facebook or vk. If we insert a link from a third-party resource on a social network, then the social network makes a request using this link and pulls out useful information (picture / text) from there and inserts it all into the message. So, maybe someone knows if there is such a parser on the Internet that can pull this useful information from the link?

I won’t say for a ready-made solution, but for FB you can use it if you have https://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/usi...
Well, look at the Readability script and its implementation in the language you need.

You can have this option - What tools can you use to save specific pages of sites (your web archive)?
