Is there a Ucoz uID password setup https page?

As far as I understand, native system-wide accounts - uID, are configured on uid.me ; moreover, if the entry is on an https page, then the profile page itself (like Webtop) is http-based, therefore, any information entered there can be intercepted.

Is my theory correct that uid.me/NICKNAME is the only page that allows you to set an arbitrary uID password? (Password reset page doesn't count because "they" set the password, not "we")

Is it possible (page) to set a password for a uID using an https connection?
