Is there a translation for Livechat (*Rocket.chat)?

There is livechat in Rocketchat, it’s connected to the site, everything works clearly and well, but I can’t find where I can translate into Russian, all the inscriptions and buttons are in English, I found a forum two years ago that says that you can insert a translation in the “Translations” section of rocketchat and everything will take off, but something did not take off. Isn't there a file for translating livechat specifically?

In general, this file
/app/bundle/programs/web.browser/app/livechat/i18n.ru.chunk.411ae.js is responsible for localization.
I compile a dockerfile for rocket chat and install it and just turn on the Russian language in admin/General.
