Is there a tortoise hg equivalent for git?

In connection with the move from Mercurial to Git, I choose a client to work with Git.
I would like a minimum of external changes compared to Tortoise Hg.

In particular, I would like this client to work as a "single window", in which everything you need is concentrated in one place. Many of the git gui clients I've looked at are a loosely coupled set of tools that look different. Tortoisehg - one window with everything you need - a list of projects, a graph of commits, a list of files and viewing files and changes to them.

I would like to choose which changes in the file to commit and which not. The Visual Studio I'm using doesn't know how to do this.

Ability to work under poppy and in Windows.
