Is there a tool to manage data (videos, playlists) on youtube?

Google is very disappointing in terms of user-friendly management on the youtube site. Video thumbnails in playlists are very small, especially when they are still labeled VIEWED. Transferring a certain video from one playlist to another is not so easy.
Who knows any service or program with which you can do the above mentioned by me?
