Is there a task manager that will always flash before your eyes?

For example, if:
I break into trello and another manager for which I need to open a tab.
I do not pay attention to the inscriptions in the stickers that are scattered on the table.
I have to look in a notebook (on the table) because I forget what I wrote there.
But if I write stupidly in the forehead on the main page of the project what I need to do with the h1 tag, then yes - I remember what to do.
Is there a widget / service that I can shove into the dev version and it will always flash before my eyes on the project pages?

Get yourself a PM manager, preferably a girl. Will kick you until you do. There are some freelancers who will happily take up your upbringing. For a percentage, of course.
