Is there a system for storing motley information?
The question is: There are different users. Each of them communicates with the whole world on different topics. Who will sign a contract, who will find an interesting page on the Web, who will be sent a document. Everything that is possible comes. Starting from doc/docx/odt and ending with indesigns, illustrators, photoshops and so on. Sometimes they send PGP and various archives, including TAR and GZ.
Well, I need to install a system (no matter what operating system) that will aggregate all this motley haze into an ordered database with indexed search so that people can google all these files.
Cloud projects are not suitable for me - I need something local.

Look at the product egroupware one of the functions is a file storage
Linux has a bunch of indexing search servers - they go through the file system, build a cache, and display the results on the web.
in the same Windows there are built-in search tools - the algorithm is the same.

Microsoft Sharepoint has a very advanced search engine and can store a lot of diverse information in the database.
