Is there a survey or step-by-step form builder for Django?

I need to write a small student testing system.
I really want teachers, after a little training, to be able to enter the admin panel themselves and create tests (with branches, depending on the answer to the previous question). I see something similar in SharePoint, but with a wildly inconvenient interface.
Maybe someone has come across some handy batteries in Django that help you make step-by-step forms or directly sculpt systems for testing?
