Is there a suitable ticket system in nature?
All the best!
I am engaged in freelancing, development / completion of sites, I will work with the system in one person.
Basically, tasks/bug reports come from several employees (representatives of customer companies).
From the discussion of tasks in the mail / google docs / whatsapp / etc... both myself and clients are tired.
The requirements are simple:
0. Simple
1. Inexpensive (preferably free)
2. Ability to deploy on your server (preferably php)
3. Mail processing (new tickets, replies to current ones).
4. Run clients in the web interface to create tickets and view created ones.
5. Decent interface
I reviewed a bunch of different ones, including paid SAAS, nothing completely suitable, except that Kayako did not find it. Perhaps if it were not for the price of a cast-iron bridge, I would stop at it, despite the excessive functionality, and so ... I don’t really want to use broken software for such tasks.
The main drawback of everything that I have tried is the lack of the ability to combine several accounts into one company so that they can see / work with related tasks.
You need to create several companies, add 3-5 users to each and let them write letters / work through mail / web with their applications and applications of colleagues.
It is very strange that I could not find anything like this, tk. I don’t seem to want anything exclusive ...
My hands itch to write my own, but I don’t find time for this ...
