Good day!
There is a problem in finding a suitable Internet acquiring service for writing academic papers (essay writing service). Customers mainly from USA, UAE, Australia. We ourselves are territorially located in Ukraine.

Now we use the Ukrainian payment system WayForPay with connection via API. It suits us in everything, but the only drawback is that the invoice is issued in hryvnia (according to the country's legislation). And when a client receives an SMS to confirm the payment for an order on the site and sees an invoice in hryvnia, this is very bad.
Therefore, the payment system must be international. I contacted several dozen payment systems, but they all refuse to cooperate for certain reasons (some do not work in Ukraine, some do not work with our niche, some do not get in touch at all). Competitors mainly register companies in Singapore, Cyprus or other countries. Or somehow they manage to cooperate with payment systems that allegedly do not cooperate with the essay niche.
Is there any chance for me to find a suitable solution? Basic requirements for the payment system: full-fledged work in Ukraine, invoicing in dollars, it is desirable (but not necessary) to connect via API.
I will be glad to any advice. I don't know what to do anymore.

  As a rule, only large banks can afford currency Internet acquiring. Contact the local large banks directly and find out if such a service is available. In Russia, for example, all a couple of banks do this, they write off the currency from the buyer and then transfer it to the account from conversions into rubles (such legal requirements). Some can start working only if there are good turnovers
  From the payment system that you have now, here's what you can do
  1) ask to open all countries for accepting payments
  2) disable 3DS - not all countries know how to use it (loss on conversion in payment), will increase the risk of fraud - but it can be compensated, for example, through api maxmind minFraud.
  3) when paying with a card whose currency is different, mastercad and visa convert currencies by about 3-4% higher than the exchange rate (they have calculators on their websites). Take a course with openexchangerates and either increase the amount in dollars on the site, or decrease the amount in hryvnias when paying (by 3-4% so that customers get about as much debited as they should be)

boss_lexa All countries are open for accepting payments anyway, but I can't turn off 3DS, arguing that the 3ds check is initiated by the visa/mastercard.
