Is there a solution for Firefox(Opera, Chrome) to have different timeouts for different domains?

The best way to describe the problem is with a specific example:
Lostfilm.tv site requests information from vkontakte.ru, but vkontakte.ru is blocked by the router.
Firefox waits for the standard request timeout before continuing to render the site.

Perhaps there are advanced settings or an add-on that will allow you to set a minimum timeout for all requests related to a specific site.
PS I think it will be relevant for other browsers.
PPS Of course, this is partly a complaint against web developers who make such website logic, but what we have is what we have.

@vanfukov

And if you register VKontakte in AdBlock?

Cross-browser solution: register in hosts "127.0.0.1 vkontakte.ru".
