I tried to google, and I really can’t find a site where different programmers would create project ideas, and enthusiasts would respond to these ideas. That is, like freelance search sites, only without money.

Personally, I don't need to look for a development team right now, I'm looking for an interesting idea for a project that I could work on. But it is clear that just some idea will not be enough, you need to filter them (python, not other languages; not web, not desktop, but a useful module) and find the one you like among dozens or even hundreds of those who have passed the filter. Does such a site really exist?
