Is there a similar app for android?
I searched on w3bsit3-dns.com, nothing suitable was found ... Maybe someone knows a program with such functionality ... Well, or let it be an idea for the program =)
The bottom line is this: there are several grocery supermarkets in the city with the same goods, but with different prices for these items. Remembering everything is not realistic, walking with a notebook is also not great. I would like to be able to scan a barcode in the program (maybe take a photo), enter the name of the product, the name of the store, the date and price. And then in other stores just scan the barcode and compare prices. Well, it would be possible to immediately enter a new price in a new store ...
The point is in the offline database, because not all goods are sold online, and it’s interesting to compare specifically in your city. It would also be possible to share the database by city ... In general, I would honestly buy such a program =)

In principle, such a program is not difficult to implement, there are all the means, but personally, my barcode recognition program recognizes only 30 percent of codes, no more, maybe, of course, due to a relatively weak camera ...
Everything rests on one thing - time ... Maybe If it doesn’t appear I will write a similar program in the near future, just a few other projects are still in development.
The Yandex Market mobile application had something similar

Offtopic: can you imagine that in most stores the prices for goods change almost every day?)
! Offtopic: the address of the store can be taken from GPS, and the date from the phone, so as not to enter only data. Well, in general, you need to think carefully about usability.

I think you should like this option :)
But this does not fit market.android.com/details?id=com.mightypocket.grocery?
