Is there a service with a "content consistency" feature?

Due to the frequent duplication of data in the wiki, the same information may be contained on several different pages. When changing this information on one wiki page, users should ensure that the data is updated on all other pages as well.
I'm writing a wiki on bitbucket for my project and it takes a lot of time to check the consistency of the content.
Is there a service with such a " Content Consistency " feature , full semantics are not needed.
I personally see such functionality like this:
1) There is a table with columns

ID
,
meaning

2) There are many pages where the text is arranged
ID
from the table and when forming the page are substituted
meaning
from table to text

All this is implemented in single sourcing technical documentation. This is a function of the so-called. content reuse. Terms Docbook, DITA - familiar? But this is NOT a system wiki. I know of only one similarity of this functionality in Confluence (and then, there it is severely curtailed, because it is not structured information with semantic markup).
