Is there a service where you can track if a user has bought a product?

For example, I give a link to some product, and I need to somehow determine whether the user bought this product (using the service API), is it possible to do something like this?
For example: I throw a link to a product, for example, some kind of power bank of a certain service, and I need to determine whether the person to whom I threw this link bought this product, is this real? If so, or is there some similar concept, can anyone share a resource?

"Referral links", all cashback and similar platforms work on this topic.
But no one forbids the user to remove the referral part from the link and substitute his / someone else's or purchase not through the link through the basket, but via chat / phone / offline or in general in another store
