Is there a service to sort by date?

The table in which news with dates of publications are entered is necessary.
The first column is the title of the news.
The second is the date of its publication.
And this table should be able to sort the news by a certain period of time, not by the time of creation in the table, but by the date that it has in the second column. For example, show all news with a publication date between 05/10/2017 and 02/05/2019. Maybe someone met this?

On Stackoverflow, they helped to implement it in a table in Google docs. In cell C1, enter the start date of the interval, in D1, enter the end date of the time interval.

Well, I met. Microsoft Excel is called :) Well, or LibreOffice Calc, if you need a free one :)
