Is there a service for creating a private knowledge base of an organization?

The organization needed a service to store internal documents and knowledge base. With the ability to:
-limit access,
-restriction on copying content,
-login only from a specific location.
Heard about a lot of services like Confluence and Notion. Are such services suitable for these requirements or do they need to be deployed on their own server.
