Is there a sensible php framework for SAAS?

I became interested in the topic of SAAS and had an idea to create my own small service.
At first, the idea was to write everything myself on the Zend Framework ...
But is there currently a special framework for writing SAAS in PHP?

Do not confuse warm and soft. SaaS has nothing to do with code. It's just one form of software distribution/sales. On what it is written case tenth.
Therefore the answer is no. Such a framework does not exist by definition.

Symfony 2 (if the words SRP, DIP, IoC don't scare you), Yii (if you don't know the words from point 1 and like it simpler), Zend (if you have a lot of time to work with monstrous connections and calls).

MODx is developing towards convenient deployment in the cloud, there was an article on Habré: habrahabr.ru/post/141455/

In my opinion Saas is no different from non-Saas.
All the same, scaling is not included in the frameworks and you need to think through and implement it yourself.
